synopsis

Keren Cytter’s video is based on the true story of a young boy who, consumed by jealousy, shot the lover of his father. Cytter is not simply narrating the story, but focusing on the psychological moments of fear, rage and sorrow which she intensifies through the medium of cinema. Keren Cytter has chosen two of the most brilliant German actors in the field of psychology and melodrama, Bernhard Schütz and Carolin Peters, to perform in her film.
