Chronicles of Roman Numeral X (NR)

synopsis

After fighting an unpopular and ill-executed war, the Nation-State finds itself bitterly divided politically, socially and economically. Politics has become so partisan that governing has become impossible. A third party group of managers (Secretary Council) is put into place to carry out the day to day operations of government. However, the Recessive Party becomes convinced the Secretaries favor the Progressive ideology more, and plan an Insurrection. The Insurrection will use the possibility of romance, and the rank and file citizen's fanaticism with a sorority of socialite professional wives (Ofay Unionists) as weapons in an effort to install a council of Corporate Icons to manage the government. The Insurrection is successful, but, with considerably different results that the Recessives had hoped.
