synopsis
After not seeing him for more than 30 years, director Jonathan Demme contacts his cousin Bobby, (aka Robert Castle), a radical Episcopal minister at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Harlem who is battling poverty, racism and drugs. The film focuses on Castle's life and struggle for social reform as well as the reunion of the two cousins.
