synopsis

A remote island, still home to shamans, local spirit mediums whom residents trust more than even doctors. Here Tomohiko Kataoka and his "New World Project" team are conducting research into virtual reality. Suddenly there is a "red bug" system error. "Imajo," says the shaman. Two worlds, one real, the other not, begin to intersect. In an instant mystery and death envelop the island. What is the connection with this "Imajo"?
