synopsis

MARINEROS: Men in the middle of the sea is a heartwarming narrative that tackles the struggles of Filipino seamen as told in the story of the Marisol Family, headed by Dennis, a retired seaman who is suffering from blindness brought by an accident in his work, his responsible elder son Kent that works in a dirty and exhausting environment of a tanker ship, his happy-go-lucky prodigal son Kelvin that works in a marvelous cruise ship, and his youngest Karen who became pregnant in her early age of sixteen.
