Sursurbathi (Sur Sur Bathi)

synopsis

Happy-go-lucky Subbu sets out to find someone as per his liking. He falls in love with Mahalakshmi, the daughter of a teacher. He goes about trying every trick in the trade to woo her. Even Subbu's mother consents to his son's love and hurries to get them married. But then they get to know that Mahalakshmi had lied about her family. As it turns out, she is the sister of rowdy called Kapali.
