synopsis

A reporter who writes about places of historic locations, Ganesh, travels to a village for his new story. His friend Vishwa stays in a nearby town and hence Ganesh decides to stay with him. However, upon reaching his house, he is shocked to find out that he is no more, leaving his aging mother and a young widow - Seethamma, who he was in love with during his youth.

Unable to digest the hurt and suffering of the two ladies, Ganesh decides to give them a new life and proposes marriage to Seethamma. But will he be able to marry her against all the traditional oppositions and beliefs?
