synopsis

While visiting her hometown, novelist Laila discovers that she suffers from a fatal disease. She then gets reunited with Naufal, a long lost childhood friend. The two find themselves falling for each other. But, happy days do not last long, as Naufal suddenly disappears. Despite still having feelings for Naufal, Laila decides to marry her doctor, Dr. Hasnan, and start over in New Zealand. However, past love is hard to forget and it soon begins to threaten her marriage.
