synopsis
School friends Shivu and Vasu start working at the same organization, where Vasu is employed as a financial auditor while Shivu ends up getting a clerical job. After Vasu and Shivu have a heated argument, Shivu vows to make his son, Kumar, a lot more successful than Vasu. Much to Shivu's disappointment, Kumar grows up to become notorious in college.
