synopsis

Murugan is a poor illiterate fisherman residing in a small coastal village, whose biggest dream is to visit Goa. He decides to take a solo trip to Goa. But he is unable to communicate with anyone, as he doesn't know any other language except Malayalam. Also in Goa is John Mathew Mathan, a renowned writer. Due to certain circumstances, John and Murugan come across each other. The innocent personality of Murugan catches his attention, and together they go on a journey through Goa. The series of adventures of this unlikely pair through various landmarks and cultural aspects of Goa soon turns out to be a magical journey of laughter and tears. Unexpectedly, Murugan goes missing during the journey.
