synopsis

Balan and Indira are a happily married couple residing in Kuttanad. They both wish for their daughter Ponnu to be well educated and reach pinnacles of success. With her academics as their top priority, Balan and Indira send her to Ernakulam to pursue higher studies. It is here that a boy gifts Ponnu a mobile phone. However, this small gift creates a havoc in her life as she falls into a vicious trap. How Ponnu and her parents get affected by this trap forms the crux of the movie.
