From Nazi Germany to Rwanda to the former Yugoslavia, the world has attempted to bring some measure of justice to the victims of mass atrocities. But there has never been an international tribunal like the one in Cambodia where a reign of terror decimated more than one quarter of the population more than three decades ago.

Travel inside the first case heard by this unique court and experience the emotional stories of a few unforgettable survivors, up close and personal. This Emmy nominated film tells the compelling story of a survivor of the Khmer Rouge's most infamous torture camp. The survivor brings us back to the site of the atrocities and we experience what it's like when he testifies in front of the International Criminal Tribunal at the trial of his captor and torturer.
