synopsis

Making films is a great challenge in any society. However, when there is little tradition of it, almost no industry to speak of, and crippling bureaucratic machinery in place, this challenge becomes an insurmountable undertaking. In this informative and honest documentary the camera follows the efforts of two prominent Kurdish filmmakers in their latest endeavour to secure the resources, obtain approvals, facilitate logistics and support, to produce their film, which is filmed in real life and on locations.
