Gulabi Gang (NR)

synopsis

While in the desolate and dusty badlands of Bundelkhand in central India, an unusual group of rural women referred to as the Gulabi Gang offer a sign of hope. Led by the charismatic Sampat Pal, these women travel long distances to fight for the rights of women and Dalits. Along the way, they encounter resistance, apathy, corruption, and even ridicule.
