Return to Manila is the latest in French film critic Hubert Niogret's series of documentary introductions to Asian national cinemas. Niogret talks to the new wave of Philippine digital cinema makers (Lav Diaz, Brillante Mendoza and Raymond Red) who are again getting international attention to the long tradition of Philippine cinema.
