This recent documentary explores the life and philosophy of Coco Chanel. Edmonde Charles-Roux, Chanel's biographer, is joined by 1950s supermodel Bettina, jewellery designer Robert Goossens, 1980s Chanel model Inès de La Fressange and Karl Lagerfeld as they discuss her impact on the world of fashion. Packed with rare archival runway footage, the film touches on many of Chanel's achievements and innovations in clothing design and attitudes to modern dressing.
