synopsis
A follow up to the 1992 NFB documentary series, "Turning 16," "Turning 32" finds the five teenagers interviewed all those years ago. What had happened to their youthful dreams in the intervening years? The subjects came from Jamaica, Brazil, India, Thailand and Niger and their stories all varied. Intercutting original footage with new material, the film provides a compressed view of the fickle passage of time.
