synopsis

Ho-jin and Dae-jin are brothers who are very close to one another. So close, in fact, that Dae-jin continues to live with Ho-jin even after Ho-jin marries Han Eun-su. Then, both brothers are involved in terrible auto accidents, resulting in their losing consciousness and lapsing into extended comas. When Dae-jin wakes out of his coma after several years, he claims to be his brother. Eun-su does not believe Dae-jin, until he reveals a piece of information that only Ho-jin would have known.
