synopsis

Partners Ann and Leslie seek to become mothers. Each complements the other perfectly. Ann's analytical and worrying nature balances Leslie's more instinctive and soothing demeanor. Together, they engage in the process that adds baby Grace to their family -- selecting a sperm donor, determining who will carry the baby, registering for their baby shower, attending Lamaze class.
