synopsis
As a young woman, RocĂo and her husband risked everything to raise their children in the U.S. Years later, she becomes ill and her son DarĂo takes a leave of absence from his studies at Harvard to care for her. But despite of his status as a DACA recipient, leaving the U.S. will throw DarĂo's immigration status and education into doubt. His fight for temporary humanitarian parole garners national media attention. Can he come home again?
