synopsis

Claudia is a 22-year-old single mom, living with her precocious six-year-old daughter, Marghe. When they are evicted from their home for failing to pay the rent, Claudia leaves Marghe with an old woman who lives next door and goes job searching. The old woman is a devout Catholic who has known Marghe since Claudia was pregnant with her. With her best friend and a few of swindlers claiming to be filmmakers she meets by chance, Claudia goes tries to make money, but the reality is not so inviting. Meanwhile, Marghe tries hard to hold on to her own identity and philosophy under the old woman's supervision and the neighborhood children's judging gazes
