synopsis
An ambitious businessman, Inder Saxena, travels to a small town to oversee a building project where he meets his professor Daya Shankar Sharma and his daughter, Rama. Inder feels that women are impressed by wealth and materialistic things, but realises that Rama is not the kind of girl, who is impressed by material temptations. He decides to go after Rama but in the process, she ends up becoming maligned, alone and abandoned. How will Rama deal with her plight? Will Inder change his concepts of life and women?
