synopsis

Obsessed with searching for the origins of a scene from an old film, an Australian man and his friend visit Iceland. Punk music, politics and elves provide the backdrop to his search. Wandering across the tiny Nordic island with its otherworldly landscapes, the man begins to find answers, but where will they lead him and at what personal cost?
