synopsis
A village in northern Kerala in 2002. The man character in the film is a retired school teacher. People fondly call him "Maash". He lost his wife few years after marriage, have one son, Ashiq who is working in a Bahrain and currently in Afghanistan on a deputation for one year. He is married to a Christian lady Shiny who belongs to a very rich family. Her family disowned her because she married a Muslim, against their wishes. They have two kids also aged 5 and 3, Appu and Haritha.
