It's already here: the first social revolution of the Internet Generation, led by bright, well-spoken young people convinced that any government is by definition exploitative, and that total liberty includes the freedom to do bad things. American Cody Wilson, inventor of the 3D-printable gun, and Amir Taaki, the Brit who helped develop Bitcoin in hope of toppling today's economy, are predictably persecuted by the authorities on both sides of the pond.
