synopsis

Director Martine Dugowson follows two years in the life and work of a set of nine friends. Ada works in a fashion house and is borrowing heavily in order to buy an apartment with Paul. Guido, Paul's screenwriting partner, has been suffering from writer's block ever since the evening when Stephanie humiliated him. Emma is a compulsive shopper although she can't afford it. And then there are Nina, Yves, Alphonse, Lise and Saint-Loup. What they all have in common is lying - the lies we tell ourselves and the lies we tell to others. Or could lies be the glue that holds friendship and love together?
