synopsis

Lester Anonuevo struggles to make ends meet for his family. He then steals the Bagua from a Chinese temple. Instantly, his financial problems get solved. He attributes this to good fortune brought in by the Bagua. Soon after, a series of deaths occur in his family and neighborhood. Lester is now victim to the Bagua's curse. Fate leads him to an encounter with Joy Ramirez, the previous owner of the Bagua, which, after giving her wealth and success, took the lives of her friends and family. The past haunts her once again upon seeing the Bagua. When a fortunate incident happens at work, Joy feels that the cursed ornament has found its way back to her life. The curse has become more powerful, causing two deaths at a time. Now, she and Lester must come together and find a way to end the curse.
