synopsis
James is a retired-diplomat in Amsterdam with his younger wife, Annette. Having taken a stand against his country's handling of the issue of third world debt, James has eased out of the Foreign Service. However, with a recession and rebellion in the air, politicians need fresh faces for candidates. James is approached by the conservative party to stand as an MP. It is a position both James and his wife cannot ignore. Their daughter Susan is eleased from a psychiatric clinic and visits home with her black friend, Robert. So begins a game that unravels a family dynamic that is threatening James's future plans. With anger and violence in the air, a story emerges that is more than a girl meets wrong boy tale.The question is: Whose Game is it?
