FILMAGE: THE STORY OF DESCENDENTS / ALL follows band leader/drummer/square-peg Bill Stevenson and his "caffeinated retardedness" as he pushes his rotating door of bandmates to "achieve ALL," his philosophy of going for greatness at all costs.
