synopsis

A trio from the same small town journey through life together over thirty years against the backdrop of social and political change in Taiwan, each loving and living in their own way, still holding their intimate friendship close. When the realities of adulthood set in, they find they must hold on to their shared past in order to make it through the present and into the future.
